Dusty Tresnak serves as the executive assistant to the associate head of school at Legacy Christian Academy in Frisco, TX, where she has spent the last eight years supporting school leaders and administrative teams. She works closely with principals, faculty, and families to help keep the daily life of the school running smoothly.
Dusty’s role includes everything from managing schedules and communication to coordinating major events, accreditation efforts, and campus-wide initiatives. She is passionate about supporting leaders well, anticipating needs, and creating systems that allow leadership teams to focus on what matters most to students and mission.
Dusty loves encouraging other administrative professionals and believes assistants have a unique opportunity to lead with influence, integrity, and heart from behind the scenes.
