Liz is a seasoned administrative professional with 25 years of experience supporting senior leadership in New York City independent schools. Her career included roles in head of school and board offices, as well as finance and development, where she built systems that strengthened collaboration and team effectiveness. She has worked for several institutions, including Ethical Culture Fieldston School, Nightingale-Bamford School, and most recently Loyola School.
A dedicated mentor and advocate for administrative professionals, Liz facilitates training on mentorship, communication, time management, and professional leadership. She has also contributed to school communities as a coach, student advisor, and yearbook advisor, reflecting her commitment to the broader life of schools.
